This Privacy Policy describes how AItist ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). AItist is an AI-powered photo styling application that allows users to transform their photos using artificial intelligence.
IMPORTANT: Face Data and Biometric Information
AItist DOES NOT collect, process, store, or analyze any face data or biometric information for identification purposes.
What We DO:
- Artistic Style Transformation: We process entire images to apply artistic effects (watercolor, oil painting, etc.)
- Complete Image Processing: Our AI transforms the overall visual style of your photos
- Filter-Like Effects: Similar to traditional photo editing filters, we modify the artistic appearance of images
What We DO NOT Do:
- Face Recognition: We do not identify, recognize, or track faces

Technical Clarification:
AItist is an artistic photo editing application that transforms image styles, not a face recognition app. Our AI processing applies artistic effects to the entire image content, similar to Instagram filters or traditional photo editing software. No biometric data is collected, analyzed, or stored.

1. Photos and Images
- What we collect: Photos you select from your device's photo library for style transformation
- How we use it: To apply AI style transformations and create styled versions of your images
- Storage: Original images are temporarily stored on our servers for processing only and automatically deleted within 1 hour after processing
- Final images: Styled images are stored permanently on our servers until you request deletion
2. Purchase and Subscription Data
- What we collect: Purchase history, subscription status, credit balance, and transaction information
- How we use it: To manage your subscription, track credit usage, and provide purchase-related features
- Storage: Stored securely on our servers and synced with Apple's StoreKit system
